Regginang is a Indonesian traditional snack, made from cooked glutinous sticky rice and seasoned with spices.Normally, the rengginang size is big, but Mr.crunchy introduced a new concept of rengginang, That is mini rengginang, so it help us to eat rengginang without leaving a crumb all over the place.

It's been a month, and i didn't do a lot of culinary journey... So, i want to share about a hawker near my house, There is a stall called Tat poh Chicken Rice. Why i want to share you about this stall? Because their food is very cheap only $2.5 for small portion and $3 for big portion... Now days, it's very hard to find cheap food in Singapore, sometimes the price is very high but the quality is not comparable. Okay, back to Tat Poh. I tried their chicken rice and their roasted pork, i love them both but i the roasted pork more.

One dollar ice cream, Yes! First time I came to Singapore I'm very curious about it... Because many people ate it at the street and when i looked at the stall, we must queue to get the ice cream. But i thing it was worth it. The Ice cream has smooth texture, not to sweet and not easily melted. There are so many flavors i can't remember the flavor because different stall sell different flavor. My favorite is chocolate mint. But last Sunday i brought chocolate chip. Take a look my One Dollar ice cream.

First time i ate Sapporo Petit, it was 10 months ago when I went to Singapore with my family. Basically my mom told me to buy it. She was interested because there are so many people queue for this tiny doughnut. I wasn't interested at that time but when I tasted it, I really like it, moist and not to sweet. Then, I promised to my self if i come back to Singapore i will buy Sapporo petit again. So, when i came to Takashimaya last Saturday, I went to Sapporo Petit. The queue wasn't long and i really glad about it . I brought 8 tiny doughnut and it cost $ 4.80.

Today, I went to ang mo kio hub to buy things for my room. My belly was begging for lunch because it's already 2 AM. So i went to s11. Since i really curious about laksa in Singapore i decided to order it. Only waited for 3 minutes...

Do you all remember about my first post?? Yes my first post... That post said that i just graduated from UMN and i am between jobs... Now i have things to do! Yay! I will went to Singapore to do my Master for a year... Took months for me to complete the admission and i got the rough way. Many problems came to me. It made me stress, my hair fell out, and that problem made me more sensitive that ever. Thank God i had passed that storm. So, Wish me luck guys! Last September, me and my friends went to Bali, we brought that ticket one year ago... Damn you AirAsia... I went to many restaurant, but only few restaurant I'm going to review. Now i will review about Bebek Tepi Sawah. I've been there before, they have really nice place... Beautiful view, rice field next to us, made our eyes more healthy than ever and when me and my friends came there are balinese dancer dance for the audience... 

Back to August, me and my dear friends went to Plaza Indonesia. It's been a long time we're not going out together and we decided to eat at Zenbu. Since there are 6 of us, took a lot of time to decided what we gonna eat. 

I think they have nice interior, big space and dominated by wood but they don't have a lot of waiters. So, so hard to us to called them. If we want their attention, we must increase our voice lil bit shout i think. Enough with interior and service, after about 15 minutes, we had our food.

Dynamite scallop

This Eid holidays my big family decided to spend our holiday in Bandung. We stayed at Dago Pakar Resort and spend our holiday with culinary and shopping. Back to the title, Me and my family went to Kampung Baso because Rumah mode and rumah sosis were already full. First stall who caught my eyes is  Warung Jamur. I went to that stall right away, since I'm the biggest fan of mushroom. They have 2 kind of dish. First is Fried Mushroom and mushroom satay. I waited for +/- 5 minutes because they must fried the mushroom first...

R mention about Raa-Cha for a couple times but i just ignored what he said. Haha.. Sorry Baby! Long time ago, we went to Mall Kelapa Gading and R persuaded me ate Raa-Cha. Since R said they had the best broth in town, I agree to ate Raa-Cha. R already told me that Raa-Cha is a Thai Restaurant but I am surprised because this is self service restaurant. They had a long food and drink display. Me and R picked what we like and went to the cashier to pay and then they gave us number and took us to our table.

Back to Independence Day, Me and R went to Pondok Indah Mall and we decided to eat at Fish n co. I'm a fans of fish n co... I think they have served the best fish and chips in town since 2003... Because we were hungry R and I had to make a quick decision. So, we ordered Singapore Fish and Chips and Grilled Peri-peri prawns. I asked the waiters to cooked my vegetables longer because last time i ate Fish and co, the vegetables was uncooked and hard to chew.

I always craving for sushi tei... So far, I think Sushi tei is a best sushi in town.... Do you agree with me guys?? When i went to Gandaria City, i ate sushi tei but, i forgot to bring my pocket camera and since R and i were really hungry, i forgot take to take a pic. 4 days later Rianka,Vina and i had a lunch at sushi tei. That time i didn't forget to bring my pocket camera. We ordered a lot of dishes and had a lot of fun, I'm was so full and i feel so bless have you guys by my side(Rianka,Vina,Egi,Eva,Shinta)... Cihuy!

Hai! Minggu kemarin saya mendapatkan undangan buka bersama dari Goorme di Urban Kitchen. Dalam acara ini Urban Kitchen juga memperkenalkan konsep baru mereka dan memperkenalkan tenant -tenant baru yang ada di Urban Kitchen Senayan City. Salah satu tenant baru yang diperkenalkan dalam acara ini adalah The Baked Goods. Seperti yang kita tau The Baked Goods berada di wilayah Sabang, Jakarta Pusat. Namun, sekarang mereka hadir di Urban Kitchen Senayan City.

Ketika sampai saya langsung berkenalan dengan blogger lainnya yaitu tikka dan prawnche. Acara dimulai pukul 5 tetapi belum banyak orang yang hadir, dikarenakan macetnya jakarta yang tidak mengenal waktu. Beberapa waktu kemudian kami dipersilahkan untuk memesan makanan dan kami ber3 memutuskan untuk memesan makanan bersama. Kami memesan makanan Kung, Ramen 38, Jun Nyan, Suhs! dan La'Scala.

I knew about Find Molly when i was walking around at Gandaria City. Their board just caught my eyes. I searched "Find Molly" right away. Find is located on mainstreet UG, between shabu tei and call - factory. It's not hard to find "Find Molly". I ordered peach tea with mango pudding, it took 10 - 15 minutes to made my order and in my opinion it's not that long to make that drink. Maybe because I'm the only customer.

 

First time i ate egg tart when i went to Singapore and i have been craving egg tart since then. I went to Gandaria city with R yesterday and after we had watched batman, we went to Golden egg to buy an egg tart. Talk about batman, Have you guys watch it? It took 3 hours to watch it my thighs was tingling when i watched it... Back to Egg tart, Golden Egg has many flavor of egg tart but i bought their signature egg tart, Portuguese Egg Tart. 

Recently, Anak Jajan posted about aTavola, I'm very curious about them. So i went to aTavola as fast as i can. I made RSVP first and I arrived 20 minutes late. When i came in, there were two customers, me and R and a group of teenager. A friendly waiter came to us and hand me and R the menu. 

 Red Velvet Cupcake

When i followed holycow on twitter, I had been dreaming to eat at their resto. Last Monday I went to Holycow Senopati. I arrived early 10.45 and they weren't open yet. They open at 11. Their waiters was very impressive very gentle and polite. Holycow is dominated by red and they don't have a lot of sit and we had to shared table with other people. I like the idea we had to shared our table with other people because we can meet a lot of people and learn to respect each other. Ok! back to Holycow, We immediately ordered the meal, because papi were hungry.

If you love "Miyabi" a.k.a mie ayam babi, you should try bakmie aloy in Kelapa Gading. First time i came here, i just amaze they have really big portion after i finished my meal i got dizzy because I'm so full. Last Thursday R said he want to eat bakmi aloi and so i picked him up and we went to Kelapa gading. R was so afraid it closed because last time he came to bakmi aloy it's closed. We came to the waiter and i say i want half bakmie campur and R one and a half bakmie campur... Yes! he wanted one and a half portion. We also ordered "Bakso Goreng". Here i come fatty cheek.

Gado-Gado BonBin... Yes! mami said that this used to be Grandma's favorite place... Because mami forgot the address, I had to ask Google Maps how to get there. After followed the direction that Google Maps gave to us finally we arrived at Gado-Gado BonBin. 

The building was so old because it has been opened from 1960. But i quite like this place because it remind me of my childhood. Oke back to Gado-Gado BonBin, They just served 9 dishes so i decided to eat lontong cap meh and mami eat gado-gado lontong. 

Hari kedua dimulai dari pukul 7 dimana si papi sudah ngebangunin dari jam 6 sebenarnya, karena baru tidur pukul 1 jadinya susah bangun. Waktu breakfast sudah dekat, tidak mau buang waktu saya langsung cuci muka gosok gigi.. Mandi mah nanti ajah abis makan. Langsung menuju resto untuk breakfast. Cuaca paginya enak sekali, segar dan pemandangannya jernih sekali. Namun, ketika melihat hidangan breakfast-nya jadi sedikit lemas. Jenis makanannya tidak banyak dan menurut saya makanannya kurang berani dalam bumbu sehingga hanya sedikit makanan yang saya cicipi. Perjalanan dari Resto Solo ke Mongolian camp di High Land Park Resort memakan waktu sekitar 1,5 jam. Ketika sampai, tempatnya BAGUS! pemandangannya Gunung Salak, udara yang sejuk dan cuaca yang cerah benar-benar membuat saya kagum. Begitu sampai langsung disambut dengan sangat ramai, service The High Land Park Resort Juara sekali deh... Ini baru namanya service penuh senyum, ramah dan sigap sekali dalam melayani pelanggan. Di Mongolian Camp ini ada 3 tipe camp di Mongolian camp yaitu,

- CAMP STANDARD Rp 2.000.000 per night

Saya dan keluarga menginap di Camp Standart karena yang standard saya bisa menampung sampai 6 orang. Dinding campnya terbuat dari bambu dan di tutupi dengan terpal sehingga walaupun udara luar sejuk di dalam kamar tetap dilengkapi AC karena terpal menyerap panas. Yang terpenting buat saya kamar mandinya. Kamar mandinya bersih dan terbuat dari semen jadi tidak perlu kawatir untuk kamar mandinya.

The View 

Hai, beberapa hari kemarin saya berlibur ke Bogor dalam rangka merayakan naik kelas W bersama keluarga.. Liburannya hanya berlangsung selama 3 hari 2 malam kurang banyak menurut saya. Saya sekeluarga memutuskan untuk menginap di Mongolian camp dan ternyata mendapatkan kamar hanya dari minggu sampai selasa karena hari lain di bulan ini sudah penuh semua. Perjalanan dimulai minggu siang, tidak seperti biasanya hari minggu itu jalan ke Bogor macet. 

Waktu sudah menunjukan jam 12 siang dan kami semua kelaparan. So mami sebagai ibu-ibu gaul yang suka pergi kuliner ke Bogor bersama teman-temannya mengajak kita makan di Resto Solo. Letaknya agak terpencil ketika memasuki area resto, resto ini menampilkan gaya jawa kuno yang unik dan menurut saya tempat ini merupakan tempat yang enak sekali untuk berkumpul bersama keluarga. Resto solo menyuguhkan berbagai makanan khas Jawa. Namun, menurut saya resto ini kurang berani dalam bumbu karena makanannya cenderung hambar. Karena perut sudah lampar, langsung lahap aja deh ya. Oia penyajiannya juga cepat karena masakan sudah matang semua dan pelayan hanya menata makanan saja di piring. 

Ha! benar... Ada yang pernah makan nasi goreng mengkudu? Mami dulu selalu ngebuatin nasi goreng ini setiap minggu pagi buat kita sarapan waktu masi punya pohon mengkudu dibelakang rumah tapi berhubung pohonnya dipotong karena hal yang saya ga tau apa jadi sudah ga pernah bikin lagi. Tercetuslah kemarin sepulang dari sentul mami ingin masak nasi goreng mengkudu karena tidak punya pohonnya pergilah kami ke Bukit Permai (Perumahan di Cibubur) karena mami bilang disana banyak pohon itu... Misi nyolong daon mengkudu pun dimulai.

Buah mengkudu, orang-orang dulu percaya bisa menurunkan kolesterol, saya inget banget dulu sewaktu papi kolesterolnya naik dan buah ini lagi populer kaya justin bieber, pas banget kita punya buahnya dibelakang.. Dimasaklah ini buah untuk nantinya diminum, waktu dimasak saya sampe keluar rumah karena ga tahan bau-nya...

Karena rumah saya berada di daerah cibubur jadi pergi ke Bogor, Puncak atau Sentul sudah biasa dan hanya menempuh sekitar 20-40 menit. Dulu hampir setiap minggu saya dan keluarga pergi ke Bogor untuk mencicipi kuliner baru disana. Untuk minggu ini saya dan keluarga mencoba kuliner baru di Sentul namanya Rumah Makan Karimata, Rumah makannya cukup terpencil tapi sangat ramai, sepertinya lebih baik melakukan reservasi sebelum datang kesana. Makanan andalan mereka adalah ikan patin bakar dalam bambu. Saingan nih sama Rumah makan kalimantan yang ada di Cibinong... 

Sup Gurame Asam Kemangi

Sop guramenya enak sekali, ini karena saya doyan... Seger kalo lagi pusing makan ini, di dalamnya berisi 1 ikan gurame tomat segar sama daon kemangi... Paling enak dimakan selagi panas dengan nasi panas Wuuuuu *ngences

Yes, Yes, Yes... Me and R love Bakerzin... We went to Bakerzin for lil tea party on our first date. Remember R? Ah, so sweet... Last Sunday we went to Bakerzin Plaza Indonesia for dinner. I called them first for reservation but they told me we couldn't make a reservation on Saturday and Sunday. When I'm on my way to Plaza Indonesia, i saw a parade. That's first time i saw a parade and really made my night. Back to Bakerzin, when we arrived i told them i want to use disdus voucher and than they gave me a special menu for disdus voucher.

Main Course:
- Tuna Pasta / Spaghetti with Meatballs
- Bakerzin Gourmet Burger / House Special Fried Rice

Dessert:
- Warm Chocolate Cake / Banana Pizza
- Grand Marnier Souffle / Bailey’s Irish Cream Souffle

We had to pick 2 main course and 2 dessert. So, I ordered tuna pasta and warm chocolate cake for R and Bakerzin Gourmet Burger and my all time favorite Bailey’s Irish Cream Souffle.

Tuna Pasta

Tasted very yummy, R told me he really love the pasta, spicy and delicious. The spaghetti cooked perfectly, tuna isn't fishy. i can't say a word because it's too good. 

 Warm Chocolate Cake

And this is it! Warm chocolate cake with cheese ice cream. I already knew that Bakerzin made their own ice cream and this cheese ice cream really surprised me. Yummy, good, delicious can't agree more leker pisan and R falling in love with this cake.

Resto ini ada di sport club perumahan Raffles Hills Cibubur merupakan resto favorite keluarga saya. Saya sendiri sudah sering sekali makan kesini tapi ketika makan selalu keasikan sampai lupa untuk foto sana sini. The Bistro tempatnya romantis sekali lampunya yang remang ada bagian yang bisa melihat langusng ke kolam berenang pas sekali untuk kita dinner bersama orang yang kita sayang. Ada tapinya nih, karena restonya bersebelahan sama sport club jadi kalo kesana pake baju sedikit formal jadi-nya aneh karena banyak orang-orang yang sehabis olah raga makan disini dengan pakaian santai.

Rasanya?? jangan ditanya... Ini kesukaan saya, enak sekali garing di luar lembut di dalam, dimakan dengan saus sambal bangkok dan mayo... Belum ada yang bisa deh ngalahin enaknya mushroom goreng the bistro....

Smoke salmon salad

Menurut saya rasanya standard rasa salad, tapi salmonnya enak mateng tapi ga amis. Kadang ada resto yang masak salmon hingga matang tapi ketika di makan bau amis. Saya penggemar salad  jadi sayuran apapun di tambahin mayo saya seneng-seneng aja. 

Chiken Katsu  

Kesukaan adik-ku setiap makan kesini ini favorite dia, menurut saya rasanya bisasa saja. Daging ayam-nya lembut pas untuk porsi cowo.

Saya makan hanya 1 suap karena menurut saya waffle-nya setengah matang karena saya masi bisa merasakan rasa telurnya. 

Hampir semua menu saya sudah coba, saya rekomendasi untuk makan deep fried mushroom, MCM(Mushroom Chicken Mushroom), Grill sausage (ada yang 40cm dan 75cm) dan chocolate dream.

The bistro memberikan konsep restorant bintang 5 dengan harga ramah di kantong. Kualitas rasanya juga menurut saya baik dan mereka memiliki service yang cepat dan ramah. Ingin sekali dinner bareng R disini. Pada sabtu malam dan minggu malam mereka punya live music membuat suasana makin romantis.
